We are a growing analytics team focussed on providing demonstrable value across MrQ.

At our core we aim to translate data into actionable recommendations and initiatives that will tangibly grow revenue and maximise retention.

This role will initially specialise in helping us to grow our Product Analytics capability in support of our Tribes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our approach to Product Analytics and to act as a subject matter expert across the business.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain standardised reporting suites.
  
• Analytics to support product experimentation.
  
• Split testing.
  
• Provide statistically backed conclusions and recommendations in support of product development.
  

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mathematics / Economics / Science or other quantitative field
  
• Proficient in SQL, Excel.
  
• Some experience with Product Analytics tooling e.g. Amplitude, Mix Panel.
  
• Critical thinker and able to problem-solve.
  
• Demonstrable experience/passion for data analysis, interpreting large data-sets and taking action.
  
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
